Zhengyuan water well drilling rig is an efficient top drive, fully hydraulic, multifunctional drilling rig widely used for drilling water wells, monitoring wells, precipitation wells, rescue wells, hot spring wells, ground source air
conditioning holes, coalbed methane, natural gas, oil extraction and other projects. This drilling rig can use compressed air down the hole drilling or mud drilling in various formations in high-temperature, high-altitude, and plateau areas, and has a high drilling speed in rocks with a Proctor hardness of f=4-20.
The lifting of the drilling rig frame, drilling rod unloading, rotation and feeding, support legs, hoisting, walking and other actions of this series of drilling rigs are all implemented by hydraulic systems, greatly reducing labor intensity, improving construction efficiency and engineering quality. The telescopic tower type drilling rig reduces the length of the drilling frame by twice and can directly lower a 6-meter drill rod or casing, further shortening the drilling assistance time. The updated rotary control panel can be used for different working conditions.
Key Configurations
Power System: Equipped with Yuchai 110Kw engine, providing sufficient power for the drilling rig operation.
Hydraulic System: Utilizes imported high-pressure gear pumps, equipped with motors, and the entire vehicle adopts a two-valve combination to ensure the stability and reliability of the hydraulic system.
Drilling System: The maximum drilling depth is 500 meters, the drilling hole diameter is 105-400mm, the drill pipe length is 6 meters, the diameter is 102mm, the axial pressure is 6T, the maximum rotary torque can reach 11000/5500Nm, the maximum rotary speed is 75/150r/min, and the advance efficiency is 10-35m/h.
Lifting System: The lifting force is 30T, the fast lifting speed is 29m/min, the fast advancing speed is 48m/min, and the standard configuration is a 2-ton winch.
Walking System: The walking speed is 3Km/h, the climbing ability is 21°, facilitating the movement and operation of the drilling rig in different sites.
Other Configurations: The leg travel is 1.6m, which can assist in stabilizing the operation of the drilling rig. The overall dimensions are 6.52×1.85×2.51m, the machine weight is 10.6T, the overall design is compact, facilitating transportation and on-site layout. Additionally, accessories such as mud pumps, centrifugal pumps, generators, and foam pumps can be selected as per requirements.
